January’s energy was about Empowering Your Mastery.  February’s was to Master Creative Healing, March (the most important month of the year) was to Free Control and if you saw my April Quick Glimpse Global Energy Forecast on my Energy Forecast page, you know that the theme for April is Master Freedom.

To help you awaken your Clarity, here is my LIBRA FULL MOON Inner Beauty Meditation:

1. Close your eyes and take THREE deep breaths.
2. Take your attention to your Left Eye. Say “Hello” to your Left Eye; this is the eye of logic. Have your Left Eye say “Hello” back.
3. Take your attention to your Right Eye. Say “Hello” to your Right Eye; this is the eye of the abstract. Have your Right Eye say “Hello” back.
4. Take your attention to your Third Eye, the space between your two natural eyes. Say “Hello” to your Third Eye; this is the eye of intuition. Have your Third Eye say “Hello” back.
5. Now imagine they are opening all together and uniting their energies.
6. Now bring to mind a time when you were fearful and agitated and ask your United Eye to look at this time. (Remember you are the observer and do not go into the drama.)
7. Now ask for Clarity to see how this energy of agitation is meant to help you move forward.
8. Once you have received enough of the information thank your United Eye and when you are ready, take THREE deep breaths and open your two natural eyes.
