- How to Establish Universal Love within you.
- Close your eyes and take THREE deep breaths.
- Bring to mind a situation that created turbulence inside of you.
- Feel inside of you the constriction. Now say “Hello” to Constriction. Have Constriction say “Hello” back.
- Now that Constriction has a voice, ask it: “How are you helping me?” Give yourself plenty of time to receive the answer.
- Once you understand, say to Constriction: “I see you, I accept you, I love you,” and have Constriction answer in kind.
- When you feel complete open your eyes.

This Aries New Moon is here to Establish Universal Love
In Numerology, this day is a 13/4 day. Four is Manifesting into Matter through the unity of your Mind, Body, and Spirit. Thirteen is the magic of the Divine Feminine (loving, supportive, receptive).

Let me ask you: Do you think, see or envision the current state of the world as Turbulent?
If so, you are creating turbulent dreams, images, and visions inside of you. Now let me ask you: Is it helping you to be happy and more loving? My guess your answer is . . . probably not.
If you want to change how the outside world presents itself to you, you have to change your present inside world to envision the life of your dreams without getting lost in limiting opinions.
