This Capricorn Full Moon is provoking you to build. Build what? Build dynamic healing with your awakened consciousness.

CAPRICORN FULL MOON INNER BEAUTY MEDITATION:
Taking the Quantum Leap into Empowering Liberation:

- Close your eyes and take THREE deep breaths.
- Go to your Mind and say “Hello” to your Mind and have your Mind say “Hello’ back.
- Now ask your Mind to move down to your Heart. Take THREE deep breaths to do this. Imagine with each deep breath you descend deeper and deeper into your Heart.
- Bring your attention to your 3rd eye, the space in the center of your head between your two natural eyes. Say “Hello” to your 3rd eye and have your 3rd eye say “Hello” back.
- Bring forth a past childhood event you want to heal. For example, a time you were shamed, unloved, angered, lost confidence, etc.
- Now ask your 3rd Eye to watch the situation as if you are watching a film. Stop the film when you have reached what you know as the peak of the situation.
- Ask your Mind and Heart to take out a washcloth and together wash the picture to remove the wounding.
- Once the picture is clean, ask your Mind and Heart to explain to you what was your Soul’s commitment in all of this and what is it that your Soul wants you to understand.
- Once you receive the information allow the flow of liberation to fill you. Embrace it. Thank it and when you are ready open your eyes.
