If you saw January’s calendar on my Energy Forecast page you know that the theme for January 2023 is Empowering Your Mastery.
What is Your Mastery? It is the Mastery of Self. It is about bringing the subconscious self to the surface to become conscious.
Why would you even want to do this?
The subconscious carries the keys to your limiting thoughts. Limiting thoughts block you from living as a Master of Self. When you unlock your limiting thoughts, bring them to the surface and transform them into a higher vibration, you heal them and become empowered.
How do you do this right here, right now?
The first step is consciousness and being able to see the difference between true knowing and false knowing.
We just ended the Mars Retrograde on January 12. The activation for Mastery was: Act with Versatility. The definition of versatility is the “ability to adapt or be adapted to many different functions or activities.” We are being asked to act by adapting through our higher consciousness, our true knowing not our false knowing. What is false knowing? Awareness that is developed by the mind that is created due to fear. (CLICK to watch the Mars Direct forecast)
Then on January 18 Mercury Retrograde ended and went direct. This was the message of Silencing the Addictive Mind. (CLICK to watch the Mercury Direct forecast).
Now on January 21, the Aquarius New Moon is giving you the energy of Realizing Your Mastery.
When you realize your true knowing, you are in the process of Realizing Your Mastery. What is true knowing? Awareness that is not interfered with by the negative judgment of the mind. This brings Realism to light and gives rebirth to your energy so you can live your life from a place of self-love.
AQUARIUS NEW MOON INNER BEAUTY TIP:
- Part of Realizing Your Mastery is realizing you create your limitations, but also that you can also transform them. This is a process you can use. Close your eyes and take THREE deep breaths.
- Bring your attention to your 3rd eye, the space in the center of your head between your two natural eyes. Say “Hello” to your 3rd eye and have your 3rd eye say “Hello” back.
- Now take a moment to look back on your day. Find a moment when you felt limited. To start, I recommend not choosing a big issue but a small one, and if it has been a repeating issue that would be an added benefit.
- Now ask your 3rd eye to watch the situation that brought on the issue of limitations. As you play it back ask your 3rd eye if it has any insights it can share with you.
- If your 3rd eye is silent, ask it to show you why you may have felt any of these limitations: dissatisfied, reactionary, opinionated, indifferent, constricted, dislocated, turbulent, or controlled. No need to do all of them – one would suffice. You just want to see an insight that is behind at least one limitation.
- Once you have received your 3rd eye’s insight, you are ready to transform that energy through the grace of Acceptance.
- Imagine there is a nice big cord above your head that is carrying down the light of Acceptance. Attach this cord of light to the top of your head.
- Imagine the light of Acceptance pours through the cord and enters the top of your head. Send it down into all the parts of your body, going all the way to the soles of your feet and then into the ground around you so Mother Earth can ground this energy in the present time.
- After you feel complete, bend forward (touch the ground if you can) to balance your energy.
- PS: Repeat this meditation whenever you wish to transform your limitations.

This Aquarius New Moon is planting new seeds for the revolution (re-evolution) of consciousness, creating true knowing and learning what is false knowing.
There are two paths for creation: one through the shadow of fear and the other through the gift of light.
Creating through the path of Limitations will root familiar thought patterns of dissatisfaction. They first grow into acts of indifference. They then expand opinions that control you and will show up in the illusion that you are living a life of turbulence.
Creating, instead, through the path of Realism (what is happening to you right-here-right-now in your life, not in someone else’s life) will root (i.e. become familiar to your inner you) thought patterns of vitality. These create versatile acts of adaptability that expand your true knowingness. This presents itself as empowerment that comes from your inner authority. It opens your farsighted vision and establishes the image in your mind of living in a compassionate humane world.
For a prosperous life in 2023, plant the seeds of Realism. Choose to live right here in the NOW with vitality and versatility without the interference of other peoples’ controlling opinions. This will create the roots for Realising Your Mastery & Empowering your Mastery in 2023.
