Happy Aries Double New Moon Total Solar Eclipse! What a mouth full, and with that in mind, you probably guessed this is a pretty important moon.
Now let’s do a quick review of the energy themes we have been moving through this year:
- 2023 is the Year of Mastery
- January was Empowering Your Mastery
- February was Master Creative Healing
- March was Freeing Control
- April is Master Freedom
On April 5/6 the Libra Full Moon was shining the light of Clarity.
Now, on April 19/20 is the second new moon in Aries. This is why it is called a Double Moon. A Double Moon asks you to do a “double take” on the previous cycle. It is also a Total Solar Eclipse when the Moon (Emotions) moves in front of the Sun (Ego) creating a shadow, a pause. The eclipse takes place in the sign of Aries. ARIES DOUBLE MOON TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE INNER BEAUTY MEDITATION:
- How to initiate the Freedom of Innocence within you?
- Close your eyes and take THREE deep breaths.
- Take yourself back to when you were a child and say “Hello” to your younger self, and have your younger self say “Hello” back.
- Now bring yourself to a childhood memory when you had a CONFLICT that resolved quickly with someone you loved (parent, sibling, friend).
- Connect to that emotion of inner chaos. Now watch its orientation as it moves through victimization (I’ve been wounded), into innovation (new idea, thought, direction), to detachment (letting go of the limiting thoughts and limitations), to selflessness (the wounded self is now unimportant), and then to dynamic actions that liberate the gift of unity.
- Celebrate this awareness. Realize this is the Freedom of Innocence within you
- Now take yourself back to one of your earliest HAPPY memories when you were a child.
- Spend at least 1 minute being in the seeing, feeling, sensing, and experiencing this time.
- During your experience connect to the part of you that is still that young child.
- Celebrate this awareness. Realize this is the Freedom of Innocence within you.
- Now connect to both Celebrations and ask to bring this part of self, your Freedom of Innocence forward into the present time.
