On June 17th or 18th, depending on where you live in the world, is the Gemini New Moon.
This Gemini New Moon is creating new thoughts and goals of equality through the lens of tenderness and compassion, and making them real in the material world.

- The Discriminating Human.
- Close your eyes and take THREE deep breaths.
- Go to your Mind and say “Hello” to your Mind and have your Mind say “Hello’ back.
- Now ask your Mind to move down to your Heart. Take THREE deep breaths to do this. Imagine with each deep breath you descend deeper and deeper into your Heart.
- Now bring to mind a current situation in which you either looked at or experienced discrimination that is grounded in the fear of weakness.
- After a bit of time imagine Compassion and Tenderness enter your Mind and Heart.
- What do they have to say to you or express to you?
- Once you have received their message, thank them and the situation and open your eyes.
