Simple Solution Meditation:

- Close your eyes and take THREE deep breaths.
- Go to your Mind and say “Hello” to your Mind and have your Mind say “Hello” back.
- Now ask your Mind to move down to your Heart. Take THREE deep breaths to do this. Imagine with each deep breath you descend deeper and deeper into your Heart.
- Now ask your Soul what is it that you want yourself to know?
- You can receive it in by hearing, knowing, seeing it in picture form or you can write it down with your eyes open.
- When you feel you are complete and understand, thank your Mind, Heart and Soul; and if you have your eye closed you can open them.
