“On The Rack” Clothes
Purchase and Refund Policy
“On the Rack” clothes are clothes that are on the rack, purchased and taken home immediately. All the clothing is of original design and made with limited availability fabric. Therefore, there is a NO REFUND policy for any “On the Rack” clothes. We do not provide a refund for any portion of any purchases at any time.
Exchange Policy
Unworn “On the Rack” clothing may be returned and exchanged (one time only) and within 7 days of purchase for another “On the Rack” clothing item or credited toward a “Special Order” clothing item (see below).
Alterations
If the Customer requests alterations for “On the Rack” purchases, the purchase automatically becomes a “Special Order” and Special Order policies will apply.
“Special Order” Clothes
Purchase Policy
Special Orders are orders for clothing that are not “On the Rack” purchases. A 50% down-payment is required at the time of placing a Special Order. The balance of the fee is due on receipt of the finished item.
There will be ONE required fitting for each Special Order garment. During fitting, adjustments will be made to fit the Customer’s unique body shape.
Special Orders” are not cancellable.
Alteration Fees
If changes to the design, pattern or fit sample size of Special Orders are required that are outside of the standard grading of small, medium and large sizes, a Special Order Alteration fee will be quoted and added to the total at the time of order.
No Return, No Refund and No Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction with your Special Order is important. Each Special Order clothing orders is handmade, uniquely fitted for each customer and of original design and limited availability fabric. We will work with you to try to address any of your concerns. However, there is a NO RETURN, NO REFUND and NO EXCHANGE policy on any Special Orders.
